Japan time over for now...

I will be moving back to an older but revamped blog space now that my time in Tokyo has come to an end.
It's not the end though, as I shall reinstate don't Japanic! when I go 'back to the future'.
ha.

breaking into the old house project

"BREAKING INTO THE OLD HOUSE"

Is the imaginative new name for a 'soon to be made' collection of photographs/drawings and short film of a very old house that I recently broke into for this purpose.
So watch out!
Here's a sample!

The house caught my eye because it looks so out of place. Next to the house is a building site, and several estate-like buildings which all identical to the buildings of Tokyos many many suburbs.
When I entered the house I found that you could be completely isolated from the rest of Tokyo, amongst old cars and motorbikes, huge towering tree's, the deafening sound of bugs and the humidity and heat took you to another world that existed probably only in Japan's past.
